Inspired by the 24 hour film festival, my idea for Another 48 Hours was simple – 24 hours to make the work and 24 hours to see it.

Matters were complicated a little with me being in the UK at the time of the show, but nothing that a lack of sleep and modern technology couldn’t overcome.

I aimed to make drawings of all my remembered work to date. I made 30 drawings, scanned and emailed them to the gallery in Wellington where they were printed out and displayed.
